From Wilderness Louisville—
Learn how to shoot a bow and arrow or improve your skills in this Evening Archery course led by Jefferson Memorial Forest staff and volunteers! You will learn archery safety, proper shooting techniques, proper stance, how to aim, and how to improve your accuracy. Archery is a great upper body workout, and a great way to develop skills like balance, coordination, accuracy, and composure. Bring your friends and family along or make friends during the course! All needed materials will be supplied, but participants can bring bows if they have their own.
Program meets in the Horine Reservation of Jefferson Memorial Forest near the Environmental Education Center.
